📜 سياسة الإرجاع والاستبدال – متجر بنيان
مرحبًا بكم في متجر بنيان! نحن نحرص على تقديم كتب ذات جودة عالية لعملائنا الكرام. ولضمان الشفافية والوضوح، يرجى قراءة سياسة الإرجاع والاستبدال بعناية قبل إتمام عملية الشراء، حيث إن جميع الطلبات نهائية وغير قابلة للإرجاع إلا في الحالات الاستثنائية المحددة أدناه.
🚫 1. سياسة عدم الإرجاع
نظرًا لطبيعة الكتب والمطبوعات، فإننا نعتمد سياسة عدم قبول الإرجاع أو الاستبدال بعد إتمام عملية الشراء، ويُعتبر الطلب نهائيًا بمجرد تأكيده وشحنه.
❌ لن يتم قبول الإرجاع لأي سبب، بما في ذلك التغيير في الرأي أو الاختيار الخاطئ من قبل العميل.
❌ الكتب الرقمية والمحتوى القابل للتحميل (PDF/eBooks) غير قابلة للإرجاع أو الاسترداد نهائيًا.
✅ 2. الاستثناءات – الحالات التي يتم فيها الإرجاع أو الاستبدال
نقبل طلبات الإرجاع أو الاستبدال فقط في الحالات التالية، ووفقًا للشروط المحددة أدناه:
🔹 أ. استلام كتاب تالف أو معيب
📌 إذا وصل إليك كتاب تالف أو يحتوي على خلل في الطباعة، يجب الإبلاغ عن ذلك خلال 48 ساعة من استلام الطلب، وإرفاق صور واضحة للكتاب توضح العيب.
🔹 ب. استلام كتاب خاطئ
📌 إذا استلمت كتابًا مختلفًا عن الذي طلبته، يجب التواصل معنا خلال 24 ساعة من استلام الطلب مع تقديم صور للمنتج المستلم وإثبات الطلب الأصلي.
🔹 ج. الشروط العامة لقبول الإرجاع في الحالات الاستثنائية
✔️ يجب أن يكون الكتاب غير مستخدم وفي حالته الأصلية.
✔️ يجب أن يكون مغلفًا بتغليفه الأصلي (إن أمكن).
✔️ يتحمل العميل مسؤولية إعادة الشحن، إلا في حال كان الخطأ من المتجر.
✔️ لا يتم استبدال الكتب التي تم استخدامها أو التي تعرضت للتلف بعد استلامها.

بعد مراجعة الطلب، سنقوم بإبلاغك بالخطوات اللازمة لمعالجته، وإذا تمت الموافقة على الإرجاع، سيتم استرداد المبلغ بنفس طريقة الدفع المستخدمة.
⚠️ 4. ملاحظات هامة
🚫 عدم التواصل خلال المدة المحددة يعني فقدان الحق في الإرجاع أو الاستبدال.
🚫 الطلبات التي لا تستوفي الشروط المذكورة أعلاه سيتم رفضها نهائيًا.

✔️ It must be in its original packaging (if applicable).
✔️ The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the mistake was made by the bookstore.
✔️ Books that have been used or damaged after receipt cannot be exchanged or returned.
